Your Energy Field

Everything is energy.  Energy is everything.  Everything has an energy field. You, Me, the plant, the cat, the chair, that rock, the list goes on.  In this class you will learn what is the Aura Energy Field and how to utilize tools to clear, reset & manage your own. 

Join me for a power 1.5 hour of learning the nuts & bolts of your Aura, the moving parts and the mechanics behind putting into practice energy alchemy.  You will walk away with tools, tips and energy life hacks to support you with your Energy Alchemy. Some of the topics we will be covering:  

• understanding your energy bodies: what is the auric field, the your mental, emotional & mental bodies, chakra system, etc
• understanding your multi-dimensional Soul aspects & how it comes into play in your life: primary energy center, masculine/feminine polarity, connection to your Higher Self, Soul Facets, imprints, timelines, connection to Source, etc 
• knowing what’s your energy & releasing what’s not yours 
• identifying imbalances, understanding where it stems from and creating a healing plan for yourself 
• identify when and how to clear & realign your energy 
• understanding your Zero Point and how to come back to it.  If you are an Empath looking to realign your energy in order to make shifts in your life while also learning the mechanics of what makes it all go round, this is for you. You will walk away with a deeper understanding of all the moving parts of your energetic field as well as tools, tips and energy life hacks to support you with your Energy Alchemy.
