To prepare for your session, find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. It's helpful to have an open mind, open heart and be ready to receive the guidance from a reading and/or healing from a healing session. You may also want to write down any specific questions or concerns you have beforehand.

It's important to give yourself grace by honoring rest and staying hydrated. I highly recommend you may journal your thoughts and feelings to help integrate the experience.
