Understanding the Journey

Unless it comes up in a healing session or a reading, you really won’t know until it comes up organically. It is an intuitive knowing. You are drawn to engage in this work organically. This could be through becoming aware that healing a certain pattern or behavior is something you need to do. Or by setting a clear intention to focus on working on understanding and healing said pattern or behavior. These two elements cycle back to that intuitive knowing, creating a harmonious flow.

Two Scenarios for Healing

Let's explore two scenarios. In the first scenario, you are organically drawn to undertake the tasks necessary to heal a past life imprint. You may not realize this healing is occurring until much later. In fact, it is possible you may never know you have healed it at all.

In the second scenario, healing becomes intuitively clear to you. You consciously decide to take steps to heal. In this flow, resources and opportunities will present themselves. This support allows you to engage fully in the healing process.

Awareness of Patterns

You might be wondering, "How do I know if it's in my awareness?" One clear indicator is that you are simply aware of it. Aware of the presence of an undesirable pattern. This could be a repeating cycle, whether self-sabotaging or otherwise misaligned with the life you envision. No matter how hard you try, these patterns can feel insurmountable.

Acknowledgment

Acknowledge what you need to heal. This is the first crucial step in your journey. Bringing these issues to light

and placing them on the proverbial table signals to the universe and your guides that you are ready to do the inner work necessary for healing and moving forward. This process is commonly referred to as Shadow work.

Working with your shadow aspects involves addressing negative or undesirable patterns that no longer align with your true self.

Seeking Guidance

Your second step is enlisting the help and guidance of your Spirit Guides. They will gently lead you with intuitive nudges. You may notice these nudges through people, places, feelings, dreams, symbols, and synchronicities. Insight can be obtained through your meditation practice. It is essential to follow through with actions that support your energy, body, mind, and spirit daily.

Be prepared to journal everything you receive and experience. This includes insights from dreams, thoughts that arise during the day, and revelations that come through meditation.

Utilizing the Akashic Records

One optional approach to healing past life imprints is exploring the Akashic Records as part of your shadow work. If this resonates with you and feel drawn to do so, it is a sign to pursue this guidance. I offer Soul Realignment sessions which facilitate transformative work within the Akashic Records. This includes clearing negative or sabotaging energies and facilitating an energetic realignment. You can read more here.

Additionally, you can book a Spirit Guide Reading if you feel you need more assistance in your healing journey. Connecting to your guides consciously whether on your own or through a reading like this can provide valuable support as you navigate through your challenges.

Support is Key

When it comes to Shadow work, having a support system is invaluable. I highly recommend aligning with someone to assist you. This person can help you process your experiences, unpack your thoughts/insights, and integrate the changes you are going through. Consider whether a professional therapist or a loved one—perhaps a family member or close friend—might be helpful for you. Who you choose to help you is totally up to you. Some of us need a professional therapist and others do better with someone they are close to. Go with what you are guided to do.

Navigating the Healing Process

Remember, the healing journey may not be easy. It most likely will not be linear. There might be moments when it feels as though nothing is advancing. Expect a 1 step forward, 2 step backward dance of progress and setbacks—like a “cha-cha” dance. Life can often interrupt your the flow and rhythm, leading to temporary pauses in your healing journey. Accepting these stops as a "normal" part of the process is crucial and is a normal part of the healing process.

Conclusion

As you embark on this journey of self-discovery and healing, remember that you are not alone. Sending love and blessings to you as you navigate the complexities of life and your inner world. Trust your intuition, seek support, and embrace the process of healing.

Sending Love,

Maria
