Essential Oil Therapy: Aromatherapy uses essential oils to enhance physical and emotional healing. Many oils are believed to have unique healing properties that can support energy work and various physical ailments.

Trial Session: You may find some practitioners offer an initial session at a reduced rate. Seek out min-expos or metaphysical fairs to test out services. A lot of times practitioners offer 15-20 minute min-sessions of their full session version so you can get a feel of who they are and the services they offer. Meditation: Spend a 5 minutes each day at the very minimum meditating. Build your self up from there with time in meditation. A well know type of meditation is Mindful Mediation. This entails focusing on your breath, visualizing energy flowing freely through your body, and observing but not engaging in the thoughts that come into your awareness. There are many forms of meditations so be curious and explore the different forms.
Breathing Exercises: Engage in deep breathing exercises (also known as breathwork) to calm your mind, re-regulates your nervous system, oxygenates your physical body, brings in more energy and enables you to connect you to your Soul. Ultimately restoring not only energetic balance but the trifecta benefitting the mind-body-spirit balance. Using a cadence of 4-4-8 helps regulate the nervous system. You would inhale deeply in to the count of 4 while envisioning positive energy entering your body, hold to the count of 4 and then exhale out any negativity to the count of 8.
Nature Connection: Spend time in nature. Nature can help restore your energy. Walk barefoot on grass or sit under a tree to ground excess energy that needs to be discharged essentially grounding yourself and in return absorbing nature’s healing energies. When we walk around with excess energies either absorbed from our environment, other people or a build up of stress - we can feel off, overwhelmed and not feeling 100% which can ultimately result in becoming physically ill.
Affirmations: Use positive affirmations to reprogram your conscious and subconscious mind. This assists your subscionscios to direct the physical body to get on board with the healing and balance you wish to cultivate. Repeat phrases like, "I am healthy and whole," or “I feel so grateful and blessed to have a body that is healthy and optimally performing to meet all of my needs and wants in life” to manifest this more quickly into your life. Your subconscious hears and your cells respond. I recommend saying these affirmations 3 separate times through the day.
